A Connecticut city councilor pulled over for speeding repeatedly refused to give a police officer his driver's license and at one point asked the cop if he knew who he was dealing with.
"Do you know who I am? I'm an elected official, and I know my rights. I'm a councilman," said Alfredo Castillo, a Democrat and a member of the city council of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
