Pfizer booster shots against coronavirus are now available for some people in Vermont.
Starting on Friday, September 24, people in the Green Mountain state who are 80 years old or older will be eligible for an additional shot, according to Vermont Governor Phil Scott's office. State officials recommend that people get the booster shot six months after getting the second dose of the vaccine.
