Could Mike Pompeo run for president of the United States?
The former U.S. Secretary of State under former President Donald Trump plans to Zoom into a virtual fund raiser for the New Hampshire Republican Party on Monday, March 29. It's for Merrimack Town Councilor Bill Boyd, the Republican candidate in a special election to succeed the late state representative Dick Hinch, who died of coronavirus last year. The Union-Leader reports that Pompeo's scheduled appearance has fueled speculation that he may want to run for president in 2024.
