Rhode Islanders are now welcome back in Connecticut without going through any difficult process.
People from the Ocean State no longer have to quarantine for 14 days to travel to Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey because of a drop in coronavirus infections, as WPRI-TV Channel 12 reports.
