New Hampshire Governor Says He’d Veto Death Penalty Repeal

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu says he'll veto a bill seeking to repeal the death penalty if it reaches his desk.

The bill has the support of 13 state senators in New Hampshire, which is more than a majority of the 20 members but less than the 14 needed to override a veto with a two-thirds majority.
