A bill on Beacon Hill would allow certain non-citizens to vote in municipal elections.
The measure, "An Act Extending Voting Rrights in Municipal Elections To Noncitizen Voters of the Commonwealth (SD.369/HD.765), would allow legal U.S. residents who are not citizens to vote in town and city elections.
