Man Arrested on Drug Charge Sticks Out Tongue for Booking Photo

The 27-year-old told a police officer in Hampstead, New Hampshire that he only smoked the marijuana in his car in Massachusetts, where it's legal. That didn't fly, and neither did his performance during the arrest and booking.
