In Maine, there soon could be a third gender option for children when they are born.
According to Bangor Daily News, the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention is considering making a change to its birth certificates that would allow parents to mark their child as non-binary — meaning neither male nor female.

A poll conducted by YouGov for the University of Massachusetts Lowell Center for Public Opinion shows both Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren in a tight race in the Bay State. Sanders leads the poll with 21 percent support, just topping Warren's 20 percent. However, the lead is within the poll's 6.1 percent margin of error.
