Gubernatorial candidates Jay Gonzalez and Bob Massie went hard at Governor Charlie Baker in an early primary debate between the two remaining Democrats in the race, contrasting their leadership experience while agreeing almost uniformly on the issues.
A 31-year-old New Hampshire man got the attention of a Massachusetts state trooper in the early hours after midnight because he was going the speed limit on Route I-495 in Westford.
"The vehicle's speed and lane of travel indicated to me that the driver was using extreme caution so as to avoid the attention of police," a state trooper wrote in his report, according to the Lowell Sun.
