A Democratic Massachusetts state senator is calling on President Joe Biden to step aside as the party's presumptive nominee following Biden's halting performance in the nationally televised debate with former President Donald Trump last night.
Biden, who trails Trump in most polls, left sentences unfinished and at times was hard to understand, leaving Democrats distraught.
