Google partners with group to promote Boston-area beach images

The sun and sand of Boston area beaches will be preserved in bits and bytes through a collaboration between Google and Save the Harbor/Save the Bay. Google Maps Street View takes web surfers on 360-degree visits to sites around the world, including the pyramids at Giza and the Incan ruins at Machu Picchu.
