Diana DiZoglio Seeks Independent Counsel as Campbell Moves to Dismiss Audit Lawsuit

State Auditor Diana DiZoglio is asking the Supreme Judicial Court to appoint independent counsel to defend her lawsuit seeking to audit the Legislature after Attorney General Andrea Campbell moved to dismiss the case.
