Convicted Killer Elected To School Board in Colorado

Thomas Seaba pleaded guilty to murdering a fellow U.S. Marine back in the 1990s and went to prison for 16 years. He has just been elected to the East Otero School District Board of Education in La Junta, Colorado, where state law prohibits people convicted of sex crimes against children from serving but not murderers.
