Connecticut Democrats Lose Senate Supermajority

There will soon be 23 Democrats and 13 Republicans in Connecticut's state Senate.

The Connecticut Democratic Party lost its two-thirds supermajority in the Senate in a special election held on Tuesday, August 17.
