Columbia Gas Wanted $44.5 Million Rate Hike for Safety Measures in April 2018, Got Less

Columbia Gas Company of Massachusetts sought a rate hike totaling $44.5 million for safety measures this past spring but made do with $11 million less after the Massachusetts Attorney General's office got involved.
