A pastry chief shares his Boston Cream Pie recipe

I love travelling and discovering new places and tastes. Every time I visit a new city, I immediately look for the best pastry shop/bakery. When I get back home, I try to make a special and typical recipe, to help me remember that pleasant experience. This past January, I went to Boston and other cities in New England for first time. I'll can never forget that special journey! Amazing places, people, culture, pictures and obviously, good food and sweets. So I want to share with you my own Boston Cream Pie recipe. It's really special and an authentic pleasure; plus, really easy to make at home. Try it to believe!
