Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker picked a perfect setting to sign his state's legislation defunding Planned Parenthood and redirecting $3.5 million to community health providers Thursday morning in Waukesha. Just 400 feet away from one of the Planned Parenthood sites that will no longer rely on state taxpayers' hard-earned dollars, the governor cut off funding to the abortion giant at Life's Connection, a community supported pregnancy center.
