Wilmington native serves with Seabees in the U.S. Navy
Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Papalegis, a native of Wilmington, Massachusetts, serves in the U.S. Navy assigned to Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) in Gulfport, Mississippi, home to the Atlantic Fleet Seabees.
