Waltham Company Offering Up To 20 Weeks Of Paid Abortion Leave To Both Women and Men

If you work for one public relations firm based in Waltham, Massachusetts, it's possible to receive up to 20 weeks of paid time off for having an abortion. 

Inkhouse, which employs more than 100 people, now offers a paid leave policy that covers pregnancy loss – which includes miscarriage, stillbirth, and elective abortion. The policy applies to both women and men. The policy went into effect at the start of this year, according to the company's web site.

Boston City Councilor Will Run For Suffolk County District Attorney

A Boston city councilor will run for Suffolk County District Attorney this year.

District 5 councilor Ricardo Arroyo, a Democrat, made the announcement that he's running for the post on Tuesday. His father, Felix D. Arroyo, is the Suffolk County register of probate. And his brother, Felix G. Arroyo, was a member of the Boston City Council from 2010 to 2014.
