BOSTON — Mayor Marty Walsh will play a starring role at next week's Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, according to a report from Politico.
Walsh will be a featured speaker when the convention kicks off on Monday. A source familiar with the convention's schedule told Politico that Walsh's Monday time slot will be a "pretty good" one.
BOSTON — It's no secret that the Islamic State wants to see certain people dead, but what may have caught some in the Bay State by surprise is the fact that ISIS is maintaining an apparent "kill list" of Massachusetts state employees.
According to various media reports, ISIS's Massachusetts hit list includes the names and addresses of more than 250 state workers. The list was released via social media this past weekend, although copies have apparently been kept under wraps by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
