The police chief in Burlington, Vermont resigned Monday. December 16 after admitting he created an anonymous Twitter account to respond to a critic of his, as VTDigger reports.

Chief Brandon del Pozo admitted to it on Friday, December 13, leading several members of Burlington's city council to call on him to resign.

The Boston Globe rejected an anti-impeachment ad from a group that supports President Donald Trump, according to the group.

The pro-Trump, organization, America First Policies, is buying ads in newspapers that cover districts represented by Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives that were carried by Trump in 2016.
