If you are between the ages of 18 and 64 and got the second dose of the vaccine at least six months ago, you are not eligible for the vaccine — unless you're a racial minority. The white residents of the state who are a part of the general population are only eligible if they are 65 or older, according to The Burlington Free Press.

It also requires these people to wear masks in the State House. The bill passed 131-28 with every Republican except state representative Sheila Harrington (R-Groton) voting against it and every Democrat voting in favor of it, plus Harrington.
