If you are between the ages of 18 and 64 and got the second dose of the vaccine at least six months ago, you are not eligible for the vaccine — unless you're a racial minority. The white residents of the state who are a part of the general population are only eligible if they are 65 or older, according to The Burlington Free Press.

The bill passed 131-28 with every Republican except state representative Sheila Harrington (R-Groton) voting against it and every Democrat voting in favor of it, plus Harrington.
