Vermont bakers geared up during the past few days for what they are calling the Bakers Against Racism Bake Sale.
According to Seven Days, the event "is raising money for organizations working to end systemic and structural racism." The bake sale Saturday, June 20 offered an array of baked goods and pastries for customers to purchase.
The Catholic chaplain has been forced out at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology because of an email message he sent Catholic students that questioned whether George Floyd died because of racism and stated that Floyd did not live a virtuous life.
