Victims’ Rights Constitutional Amendment Proposed in New Hampshire

One sexual assault victim said she wasn't notified of key hearings, wasn't told she could speak in court, and wasn't told her attacker had been released until eight days after it happened. She appeared at a press conference with Governor Chris Sununu, a Republican, who supports adding a victims' rights amendment to the New Hampshire Constitution.
