For the second time in three years a small town in western Massachusetts is ordering that a monument to a reported UFO sighting be moved.
The monument, first placed near the replica of a historic covered bridge in the town of Sheffield in 2015, commemorates the reported sighting on September 1, 1969 of an object with a "self-contained glow."
