When will the state of Vermont be back to normal and no longer burdened by the coronavirus pandemic?

The state's Republican governor, Phil Scott, said it could be by July 4, if all goes well. Scott said if Vermont receives the vaccine supplies promised by the federal government and everyone who wants a vaccine gets one, then it's possible.
