Two Weeks’ Notice To Parents Before Sex Ed Likely To Become Law in New Hampshire
New Hampshire parents already have the ability to opt their children out of sex education in state public schools, but the bill's sponsor says she had trouble getting information about what her third-grader was being taught. This bill, which the state legislature has already approved and which Republican Governor Chris Sununu says he'll likely sign, would give parents two weeks' notice before a public school presents information to students about human sexuality.
