Trump, Union Leader feud grows as paper dropped from debate

WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) — Donald Trump is continuing his war of words with New Hampshire's largest newspaper, a day after claiming credit for ABC's decision to drop the paper as a co-sponsor of its upcoming Republican debate.

Trump's campaign and the Union Leader have been in a mudslinging contest since the paper's publisher Joseph McQuaid wrote a series of front-page editorials criticizing Trump, one time calling him a "crude blowhard."

BOSTON (AP) — A former Massachusetts attorney general has been hired to conduct an independent investigation into allegations of sexual abuse at a prestigious Rhode Island boarding school.

More than 40 former students at St. George's School in Middletown have alleged they were molested or raped there, mostly in the 1970s and '80s.
