President Donald Trump stumped for what he called “a massive, massive tax cut” that will include no tax on tips during an appearance in Las Vegas on Saturday.
“We’re going to get it for you: No tax on tips,” Trump said.
Massachusetts legislators should end the harmful practice by some local and regional authorities in the state of ignoring detainer requests from federal immigration authorities.
A handful of Republican legislators have filed bills to that purpose in the legislative session that began earlier this month. Democrats who dominate the state legislature ought to get on board.
