Gilpin, has announced a "continued restructuring of the command staff of the Massachusetts State Police and has accepted the retirements of Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Risteen, commander of the Division of Field Services, and Major Susan Anderson, Commander of Troop C (Holden)."
