Ahmed Abukar was 19 in January 2016 when he approached various girls on their way to school in Manchester, New Hampshire offering them drugs, making crude remarks, and touching them in sensitive areas. Over several years he has faced various charges of theft, drug possession, stalking, and sexual assault, pled guilty to some and plea-bargained others, and has missed court-ordered sessions for drug counseling and sexual-predator counseling — but has avoided a felony conviction, has avoided going on the state's sex offender registry, and is not slated to be deported.

Chinese University To Open Campus in New Hampshire?

A Chinese university has apparently purchased the campus of the former Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire. A professor of Asian studies at the University of New Hampshire says that the Communist Party of China may control the curriculum of the new school, and if so then party officials may like the idea as a way to allow Chinese nationals to have an educational experience abroad without being contaminated by Western values.
