Three Maine Mayors Invite Patriots To Celebrate — But Not the Governor
Governor Paul LePage, a Republican, says he won't invite the New England Patriots to the Maine capital Augusta to celebrate their Super Bowl victory because he doesn't like the Patriots. He cites owner Bob Kraft's on-again, off-again move to Hartford years ago, the drafting of Aaron Hernandez (who had character problems in college and later was convicted of murder), and other questionable activities by the team.
