Maybe not, according to The Cook Political report. The publication's most recent U.S. House ratings show the races in the country editors think could be at least somewhat competitive. That includes two New England races, but they're giving the advantage to Democrats in both cases.

Whom will Massachusetts's Republican governor Charlie Baker support in the 2020 presidential general election?

That's unclear, but it's clear there is at least one candidate he won't vote for:  his party's nominee. Baker told reporters on Wednesday, October 14 that he had not decided who he would be voting for in the 2020 election, and his communication director Lizzy Guyton later clarified that Trump wasn't a possibility.
