Taser, Punches, Kneeing Have Little Effect on Suspect, Cops Say

A 36-year-old man fought with cops even after they used a Taser on him twice and punched and kneed him.

"It appeared as if the strikes had no effect on him," a Taunton police officer wrote in a police report, according to The Taunton Daily Gazette.
