A highly regarded young Boston Red Sox player reached a major milestone during the team's 8-4 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday night.
Rookie first baseman Triston Casas, widely regarded as one of the team's top prospects, hit his first career home run. Casas went one-for-four with a two-run home run during the second inning.
