State Rep Pleads Guilty To Assaulting Gun-Rights Advocate

New Hampshire state Representative Katherine Rogers (D-Concord) was sitting next to gun-rights advocate Susan Olsen during a ballot recount for a New Hampshire Senate race in November 2016 when, Olsen says, Rogers grabbed her and hit her on the side of the head. Rogers pleaded guilty to assault Friday; as part of the plea deal, Rogers gets no jail time and doesn't have to pay a fine, but she has to attend anger management classes.
