State Police: Prosecutor Tries I’m-A-Prosecutor Approach During Drunken Driving Arrest
The Worcester Country assistant district attorney was taking his 13-year-old daughter to dance class when a Massachusetts State Police trooper noticed he was driving erratically on Route I-290, according to State Police. The prosecutor smelled of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test, didn't cooperate with police, and later fell asleep during booking, police said; the same trooper who arrested the judge's daughter in October took part in the questioning of the prosecutor at the barracks.
