A nonprofit created in Secretary of State John Kerry's upscale Boston home and managed by his daughter Vanessa has received more than $9 million from the Department of State, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation has found.

The deadline for requesting ballots varies depending on the state, but for most it falls between mid-October and early November.
