Springfield Man Arrested For Fentanyl Trafficking

A Springfield resident, Emilio Garcia-Cappas, 27, has been arrested on charges in connection with fentanyl trafficking. Garcia-Cappas has been indicted on one count of conspiring to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and another count of distributing and possession with intent to distribute the same substance.
