Springfield Considering Needle Exchange Program, Again

The Springfield City Council rejected a hypodermic needle exchange program 5-4 in November 1998 and again in 2005. The opioid crisis has city officials thinking about it again; supporters say it would help drug users avoid passing on diseases, while opponents say it would promote drug use.

The company formerly (and still, technically) known as Dunkin' Donuts is experimenting with a rebranding, so the company opened a store in Quincy called just "Dunkin'," so you won't think it's fattening just by walking in. It's about a mile from the original Dunkin' Donuts, which still has both words.
