Sharks, 1, New Lifeguards, 0 on Cape Cod

Fear of sharks has led Cape Cod National Seashore officials to curtail a lifeguard training program for about 16 teen-agers ages 13 to 17 off Outer Cape beaches this summer.

Federal officials also cited what they described as inadequate staffing as a reason not to offer the program, according to The Cape Cod Times.

Nearly 15 million Americans say they have driven an automobile within an hour of using marijuana, and nearly 70 percent of Americans thinks it's highly unlikely a stoned driver will get caught, according to a poll from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.

Millennials are the most likely group to report having driven under the influence of marijuana, at nearly 14 percent.
