The 41-year-old mother in Hardwick, Vermont wanted to keep her 13-year-old disabled son quiet, so she put vodka in his feeding tube. The boy died of alcohol poisoning, and the woman was convicted of manslaughter; some of the boy's other family members think the sentence is too lenient.
