Republican Running In New Bedford City Council Special Preliminary Election This Week

New Bedford will soon be one step closer to filling its Ward 3 city council seat.

The city will do so by holding a preliminary election on Tuesday, January 24 and a runoff election on Tuesday, February 28.

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge) says she will run for a third term in 2024.

Warren recently told reporters she plans to run again and that she will make a formal announcement about it in the near future.
