Rhode Island may elect a Republican to the U.S. House of Representatives this year.
That's because former Cranston mayor Allan Fung, a Republican, leads against all of his potential challengers in the state's Second Congressional District, according to a Boston Globe/Suffolk University poll released earlier this week.
