If elected to the U.S. House of Representatives this November, Republican John Paul Moran says he won't be there forever.
Instead, Moran, who is running in Massachusetts's Sixth District in hopes of unseating U.S. Representative Seth Moulton (D-Salem), signed a pledge from U.S. Term Limits this week stating that if elected, he would serve no more than three terms in the House of Representatives, according to a press release from Moran's campaign.
