United Cape Patriots is sponsoring another rally at the Bourne Rotary this coming weekend to re-open businesses on Cape Cod.
Rally organizers say the Cape shouldn't remain closed because of the coronavirus emergency because the coronavirus numbers there justify ending the lockdown.
