Pro-Lifers Challenging Retroactive State Contract for Planned Parenthood

The Executive Council of New Hampshire approved a $548,000 contract for two years for Planned Parenthood to provide family planning services in Manchester, Derry, and Exeter, retroactive to July 1. A lawyer for New Hampshire Right To Life says making the contract retroactive is illegal and may warrant a court challenge; a lawyer from the state Attorney General's office says it's legal.

Tolls Hike Pushed by State Highway Officials in New Hampshire
