PHILADELPHIA — Police were ready and waiting Wednesday night to handle the wave of protesters that successfully barreled through the 8-foot tall metal perimeter fence put in place to protect those inside the Democratic National Convention's Wells Fargo Center from harm.
Philadelphia police officers, however, were at the same time barred from entering the convention floor, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Fox News on Thursday morning.
