Phase Three of Re-Opening No Earlier Than Monday, July 6, Massachusetts Governor Says

Gyms, fitness centers, indoor swimming pools, museums, theaters, concert halls, sightseeing tours, whale watches, batting cages, and wedding parties won't be authorized to take place in Massachusetts until Monday, July 6 at the earliest, Governor Charlie Baker said.

Those activities, which are in s0-called Phase Three of the state's re-opening, had been pegged to begin Monday, June 29.

Indoor dining at restaurants in Massachusetts can start Monday, June 22, Governor Charlie Baker said.

There is no state limit on seating capacity, but tables must be kept at least 6 feet apart and no seating will be allowed at the bar.
