Some Groton Residents See Anti-Trump Message in New Stone Markers

The new stone markers say "All Are Welcome," which critics see as a dig at President Donald Trump's immigration policies. A warrant article approving the markers passed on a fairly close vote at Town Meeting this  past spring without much discussion, but some residents want voters to take another look; they'd prefer a neutral message such as "Welcome."
